Welcome to
Havilah Farm
Havilah Farm has been transformed from its humble beginnings. Purchased by Robert and Clara Jane Shaull in the 1940's who responded to an ad for a "run down" farm in the rural hills of Monkton, this beloved piece of land has been home to four generations of the Shaull family. Now rejuvenated and carefully tended, this 55-acre sanctuary offers woodlands, meadows, and a unique bald cypress grove along Thornton Branch which flows into the Little Gunpowder only a few hundred feet away. Protected forever through a conservation easement with the Maryland Environmental Trust, this family property is the ideal home for Havilah Farm.
